Maintenance & Repair Service

Protect yourself from the risks of incalculable costs for inspections, maintenance work, and wear part repairs while using the car. In order to take advantage of the services, your vehicle users simply present their service card at one of our authorized mechanics and order the repairs. We will take care of everything else.

Depending on term/mileage, a monthly flat rate is agreed for the duration of the leasing contract. You can choose between the closed calculation in which we carry the risk of repair cost development and price increases and the open calculation in which the actually incurred costs are settled at the end of the contract.

In either case, our technical specialists take care of the complete invoicing from accounting to the implementation of grace period and guarantee claims.

The Germany-wide ALD partner network includes 3,800 mechanics. Almost every partner mechanic offers a free pick-up and drop-off service within a distance of up to 30 kilometers as well as free car washing as part of the inspection.
